Micro-Needling is recognized as one of the most advanced skin care treatments which has become extremely popular within the medical esthetics profession over the last ten years, running parallel to some RF and Laser modalities. Micro Needling is also known as collagen induction therapy, which utilizes very small needles to stimulate collagen and elastin. The use of microscopic needles range from 6-12 per single sterile cartridge, and are placed in an electronic hand held device to facilitate the needles to operate in a vertical motion, creating thousands of channels into the skin. Efficacy is based upon the speed and depth of the needle operation, in conjunction to proper preparation of each client.
